Frequency 101 was an experimental audio-only spin-off of Channel 101, the legendary short film festival created by Dan Harmon and Rob Schrab.

Instead of video pilots, creators submitted 5-minute audio shows that competed for audience votes. Winners earned primetime slots and the chance to create follow-up episodes. Shows that didn't make the cut became failed pilots or were eventually canceled.
